Characteristics

K1031018 is composed of Psal promoter activated by NahR when exposed to salicylic acid, RBS B0034, RiboJ and φR73Δ which activates hybrid promoter thus sfGFP is expressed. This is an fundamental element of Band-pass Filter waiting to be combined with NahR and inhibition circuit.
