Design Notes

Biobricks prefix and subffix was add to the sequence. Synthetic Promoter derived from rRNA promoters extracted from the L. plantarum WCFS1 genome.

Synthetic Promoter derived from rRNA promoters extracted from the L. plantarum WCFS1 genome. Cloned and expression in L.plantarum and E.coli, measured activity with GFP ligation.
