RBS SpoVG + LacI + DT

This is a LacI producing part which is proper for B.subtilis. Any promoter can be added to the downstream of that part to obtain a LacI coding device.

This part is obtained from BBa_I732820 part by changing the original RBS sequence with RBS SpoVG via specific primers. And LacI was codon optimized for expression in B.subtilis. Original Elowitz RBS does not work well in B.subtilis according to literature researches.
