Usage and Biology
By combining two single loci via the idempotent cloning strategy two loci were connected into one RNA plasmid. This enables multiple targeting of two loci with the [http://2013.igem.org/Team:Freiburg/Project/effector dCas9 derivates] at once. The basis of the device is the RNAimer. Here, we combined BBa_K1150037 and BBa_K1150038.
