The part was created subcloning BBa_K1065105 inside BBa_K1065102 following the standard assembly protocol.
Source
PchBA were extracted from Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
AraC-pBAD was extracted from E. coli.
BSMT1 was extracted from Petunia x hybrida.
SAM synthetase gene sequence extracted by PCR from E. coli MG1655 strain genome.
