+Fusion of [https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1150045 RNAimer with bla-target 2 and VEGF-target 4] and [https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K1150044 RNAimer with bla-target 3 and bla-target 4]. This RNAimer was build via iGEM-ligation method and contains the DNA-target sequences of three areas of the bla-gene and one area of the VEGF locus. This enables multiple gene targeting throught one plasmid. The transfection with such a multiple target-plasmid avoids additional cell stress compared to transfection with serveral single target-plasmids.
