Usage and Biology

Fusion of VEGF-target 4 and bla-target 2. This RNAimer was build via iGEM-ligation method and contains the DNA-target sequences of one areas of the bla-gene and one area of the VEGF locus. This enables multiple gene targeting throught one plasmid. The transfection with such a multiple target-plasmid avoids additional cell stress compared to transfection with serveral single target-plasmids.
