Inducible promoter of the lux quorum sensing system with RBS

This construct is derived from BBa_R0062 and BBa_B0032. It combines the inducible promoter of the lux quorum sensing system of Vibrio fischeri with an RBS.

Usage and Biology

The device can be cloned in front of a desired gene of interest in order to induce its expression by 3-oxo-hexanoyl-HSL. For further Information about the inducible promoter see BBa_R0062.
