This is an intermediate part to build a blue light inducible genetic circuit. The part produces YF1 and FixJ under the control of a strong promoter of the Anderson family.

This part was used to create a complete blue light circuit BBa_K1065310 that was fully characterized by iGEM UniTN Trento 2013.
