Applications of BBa_K1162009
Experience This part was cloned behind the lac inducible promoter and rbs system BBa_K208010. (https://parts.igem.org/wiki/index.php?title=Part:BBa_K208010) After which GFP (BBa_K208000 https://parts.igem.org/wiki/index.php?title=Part:BBa_K208000) was place behind the His Tag. Fluorescence was observed after induction on a UV light box demonstrating that the His Tag has been fully translated. To demonstrate that the His Tag was functional a lysed cell fraction was passed through a Nickel Resin and His Tagged GFP was bound to the column.
