plambda-sRNA(anti-tyrR)-plambda-sRNA (anti-csrA) (tyrosine synthesis device)
Usage and Biology
This part produces two synthetic sRNA, anti-tyrR sRNA(Part:BBa_K1124009) and anti-csrA sRNA(Part:BBa_K1124010). As described in the respective part page, anti-tyrR sRNA represses tyrR expression and anti-csrA sRNA represses csrA expression, and both of these repressions lead to increase of tyrosine production in E. coli. Therefore, we named this part "Tyrosine Synthesis Device."
