Design Notes

This part contains two subparts: BBa_F2621 (located in 2012-Plate 2-21F) and BBa_K1036005.
BBa_F2621 digested by EcoR & SpeI and BBa_K1036005 digested by EcoR & XbaI were ligated together by T4 ligase.

Source

The template of sfgfp gene namely biobrick pSB1C3-RBS-sfgfp-TT was provided by 2013 iGEM team Peking.We add the LVA-tag in the end of sfgfp.
