2013SUSTC-Shenzhen-A[http://2013.igem.org/Team:SUSTC-Shenzhen-A]tested the part. From the data, we can see that the intensity of fluorescence indeed decrease when the concentration of the potassium nitrate is 20mM. But during the the concentration of the potassium nitrate increase from 20mM to 100mM, the intensity of fluorescence increase quickly. Except that, other data are similiar with the iGEM12_NRP_UEA-Norwich's.

Like the BBa_K733018, we were wondering where the transition point is the production of fluorescence from off to on. So we have made more concentrations increasing exponentially to foster bacteria with BBa_K774007 and tested them by microplate. The result came out that with the increasing of nitrate of potash, the fluorescence produced by single cell increases slowly at the beginning but rapidly later. What a pity that we didn't see the obvious turning point between off and on.
