plambda-sRNA(anti-tyrR)-plambda-sRNA (anti-csrA) (tyrosine synthesis device)
Usage and Biology
This part is composed of two synthetic sRNA, anti-tyrR sRNA(Part:BBa_K1124009) and anti-csrA sRNA(Part:BBa_K1124010. As described in the respective part page, anti-tyrR sRNA represses tyrR expression and anti-csrA sRNA represses csrA expression, and both of these gene-expression repressions lead to increasing of tyrosine production in E. coli. Therefore, we combined anti-tyrR and anti-csrA sRNA and named the composition "Tyrosine Synthesis Device."
