This functional testing is performed by 2013 igem team NTU_Taida. We used clinical bacterial species to test the expression of fluorescence in bacteria strains with different antibiotic resistance. These are the bacterial strains that we used.

We use ELISA plate reader to read the fluorescence of these strains. BBa_K575024 were transformed into E. Coli DH5α and cultured overnight. It is then diluted until OD=0.1. Clinical species are also cultured overnight and centrifuged to get the supernatant, which acts as our testing target. We then add BBa_K575024 with the supernatant and react for 4 hours. Then we read the fluorescence intesity of these bacterial strains.

We use ELISA plate reader to read the fluorescence of these strains. BBa_K575024 were transformed into E. Coli DH5α and cultured overnight. It is then diluted until OD=0.1.
