phoA promoter
This is a promoter ehich is repressed by high concentration phosphate. To characterize the function of this PphoA promoter, we constructed a part PphoA-GFP (BBa_ K1139210). Please click here.
We improved a phosphate sensor part (OUC-China 2012 BBa_K737024).
