GroES
GroES(Hsp10) is also known as chaperonin 10 (cpn10) or early-pregnancy factor (EPF). It could help proteins to fold properly with the presence of GroEL(Hsp60).
We verified the function of various HSPs coming from Thermoanaerobacter tengcongensis MB4, among which GroES showed most effective function to help the host resist heat no matter in 40℃，43℃ or 46℃.
