We tested this circuit by transforming it in ''E. Coli'' DH5 alfa. We cultured the ''E. Coli'' in LB medium overnight, dilute until OD value=0.1, then added into ELISA plate reader for testing.(See testing protocol in NTU_Taida igem WIKI for details.)
