Terminator BBa_B0015 with inversed Pre- and Suffix

  • This part is composed of an inverse terminator sequence BBa_B0015, i. e. the prefix sequence is located at the end of the terminator while the suffix sequence is placed in front of the terminator sequence. This inverse terminator could be used to stop transcription of inverse coding sequences, such as BBa_K1045001 (inverse DarR).
