Design Notes
Since the transcription factor of PompC, OmpR, is phosphorylated in dark and non phosphorylated in red light, we used LacI and Plac downstream PompC to reverse the original function of PompC. By this way, we can express the genes downstream in red light and block them in dark, making this biobrick a red light-induced promoter.
