pelB (E.coli optimized)
N terminal tag that secretes proteins in E.coli when attached to N terminus. It is an E.coli codon optimised version of pelB tag BBa_K208004 or BBa_J32015. It only differs from these two in codon use but has the exact same amino acid sequence.
