Plasmid for destroying biobrick restriction sites

This plasmid is used to destroy the XbaI or SpeI restriction sites of a biobricked part.

Inserting an XbaI/PstI fragment of a biobrick part into the SpeI/PstI sites destroys the XbaI site

Inserting an EcoRI/SpeI fragment of a biobrick part into the EcoRI/XbaI sites destroys the SpeI site

To construct restiction-site deficient variants of a part in a different pSB* plasmid, transfer the EcoRI/PstI fragment into similar sites.
