Applications of BBa_M36072
Our BIOE 44 lab group utilized our actuator by expressing it in e.coli. We over expressed the superoxide free radical using varying levels of menadione. Unfortunately, we did not get our desired results. We attached our a rhamnose inducible sensor to our actuator. Our induced SoDA cells did not significantly increase survivability versus negative controls and our non-induced proteins.
