sfGFP with kozak sequence for eukaryotic expression

Super folded GFP fused with a kozak sequence to enhance its expression in eukaryotic cells. To be used with an eukaryotic expression system such as pSC2+ (BBa_K812000) and related parts. This part is in pSB1C3.

This part was characterized in pCS2+ BBa_K812000 which contains the CMV promoter .

The expression of sfGFP is present only in one of the two embryos/tadpoles. sfGFP is present only in few tissues. sfGFP is expressed in the tail muscles and branchial basket for those tadpoles. After injection of this plasmid into Xenopus it does not diffuse within the eggs, and the plasmid express sfGFP in few different tissues.
