mmoR from M. trichosporium OB3b MoClo format

mmoR is a sigma-54 regulatory activator amplified from Methylosinus trichosporium OB3b and positively regulates pMmoR (BBa_K783066). Copper represses that activity.

This has two MoClo fusion sites flanking the part: 5' C [part] D 3'

The fusion site letters refer to 4bp fusion sites: A = GGAG; B = TACT; C = AATG; D = AGGT; E = GCTT; F = CGCT; G = TGCC; H = ACTA.

Note: This gene has three PstI cut sites, so this cannot be built using standard BioBrick protocols.
