Response of BBa_935002 in E.coli.
A dilution series of sodium arsenate was created in 100 uL of LB broth in 96-well tissue culture plates. Replicate 100ul of cells were plated at a density of 2.5*10^8 cells per mL and incubated for 12 hrs at 37C. Epifluoresence (Ex518/Em607) was measured on a Molecular Devices FilterMax F3 reader (PMT 2 sec) and divided by the cell number determined by an A600 scan of the same wells to derive the flourescence per cell (which was multiplied by 10^4 for charting convenience).
