hpaC inducible generator with lacI promotor (J04500)

This composite part contains the gene encoding E. coli'shpaC enzyme under control of the lacI promotor (BBa_J04500). HpaC is an oxidoreductase capable of recycling FMN to FMNH₂ while converting NADH to NAD. This part is used in conjuctions with the 4S desulfurization pathway to replace DszD. Doing so improves the rate of desulfurization 7-10x.
