Applications of BBa_K208000
The USU iGEM 2009 team (which designed this part) has had great success with it. It has been sequenced to confirm that it is the correct sequence. It has also be fused to small signal peptides via the Silver fusion standard. This fusion did not noticeably affect GFP fluorescence. It is a great reporter BioBrick and could be used in many different fusion and non-fusion applications.
