Applications of BBa_K797003
To check whether the expression of kil affects the growth of cells or not, we used the construct, lacp-RBS-Kil-double terminator. We did the experiment as this protocol, and we got the following data. Protocol
- Grow cells at 37 degrees for 18h.
- Dilute it until OD600=0.1.
- Ditribute 3ml of the culture to falcon tubes and add certain amount of IPTG.
- Incubate the cultures at 30 degrees and measure OD600 of them every 30 min
The result shows that the expression of kil makes no effect on suvival of E.coli.
