Dual input promoter: PL promoter with two operator sites TetO1 and LacO1
The promoter is derived from the PL (lambda phage) promoter. The -35 and -10 regions are conserved while the cI operator sites and sequence between the -35 and -10 regions was replaced by the operator regions TetO1 from the tetR promoter on Transposon Tn10 and the operator regions LacO1 and LacO2 from the Lac operon.
This part serves as a biological NOR-gate.
