FhlA generator (pLac)

FhlA is the trnascriptional activator of hycAp Part:BBa K778000 . E.coli overexpressing FhlA produce H2 (since hycAp is the promoter of FHL(formate hydrogen lyase)).

This biobrick part can be used to overexpress FhlA with IPTG induction for enhanced hydrogen production.
