This part is made of two section. One section is Nark promoter, an anaerobic promoter. The other section is RBS34+luciferase+double terminals. we link the two section together and the new part is an anaerobic enviroment reporter.It can help us to meter the anaerobic degree of one certain place.and it can help us to find the anaerobic promoter's effort in different plasmids and bacterias.
