Plux/tet hybrid promoter
This is a hybrid promoter which is activated by LuxR-3OC6HSL complex and repressed by TetR.
To characterize the function of the Plux/tet hybrid promoter, we constructed a part Plux/tet-GFP (BBa_ K934024) . Click here.
