Luminesensor repressible LacIM generator

LacI mutant protein is placed under SulA408 promoter
SulA408 promoter (BBa_K819017) can be repressed by LexA408 protein or protein with LexA408 domain (e.g. the optimized luminesensor BBa_K819005 constructed by Peking 2012 iGEM), without disturbance from endogenous LexA protein in E.coli.
LacI mutant from BBa_K395400 can repress lac promoter. So this part can work as a connection between two systems.
