LuxR expression device activated by arabinose

This part contains Pbad promoter, rbs of 1.0 strength, LuxR producer and double terminator. Once the promoter Pbad is activated by arabinose, this part can produce LuxR protein. The LuxR protein can bind AHL, which synthesized by LuxI protein. AHL-LuxR can activated the promoter LuxPR, and finally leads to expression of GFP.
