We used RFC 25 to combine modified_AID (BBa_929001) and eGFP (BBa_K404316)

Source

This is a composite part from the existing parts: modified_AID (BBa_929001) and eGFP (BBa_K404316). We used RFC 25 enzymes to create this part as a fusion of modified AID and eGFP (at the C-terminus of mod_AID).
