AHL synthetase LuxI with His-tag

This part consists of LuxI synthase with His-tag at the N-terminal of the protein. With the help of His-tag, you can detect the expression of this enzyme. Besides, you can purify the protein using Ni-colume and gel filtraion. As a result, you can build a system to product C6HSL in vitro. Between the His-tag and protein, we add the cutting site of thrombin. So that you can cut off the his-tag from the protein.

Besides, you can use Hig-tag antibody to detect the protein in western blot. This design make the detection of luxI gene become very easy.
