Nap( Nitrate->Nitrite reductase)

A type of respiratory NO3-reductase is a water-soluble, periplasmicallylocated protein known as Nap. We acquire the Nap gene from Desulfovibrio desulfuricans ATCC 27774, the function of Nap is to transfer NO into nitrogen.
