PfadR regulated S-FadA and S-FadB

S-FadA gene and S-FadB gene from S. enterica function as FadA and FadB in E.coli. Yet it is shown that they have far better efficiency compared to those in E.coli. We assembled S-FadA and S-FadB with PfadR (BBa_K861060) hoping they will only be overexpressed when fatty acids concentration is high.
