Design Notes

This part is composed of K731300 + a tac promoter followed by a lac operator. lac operator sequence corresponds to plasmid pET21b one.

tac promoter and lac operator were amplified by PCR starting from a synthesized sequence composed of prefix-lacI-lacIq-Ptac-lacO-CysDes-suffix in pUC57.
