Note 02:The construct does not include a Spectinomycin resistance gene as the Sequence and Features Text Box suggests but a Chloramphenicol resistance gene. |

Note 03:The recognition site for PmeI restriction enzyme is GTTTAAAC and not gaaatttc as the picture in the main page suggests. Also this is incorrect as well in the DNA sequence generated when you press the Get selected sequence link. Nevertheless the actual DNA does indeed contains the PmeI site and digestion with PmeI enzyme produces the expected DNA fragmnets. |
