DNA Polymerase Inhibitor (via N4 coliphage gp8)
This N4-derived gene (gp8) produces a small protein which binds to the delta-subunit of DNA Polymerase III in E. Coli to stop DNA replication.
Usage and Biology
Successfully inhibits DNA replication in K-12 strain of E. coli for at least 4 hours. Sequence and Features
