Napthenic Acid Reporter System
Putitative Naphthenic acid promoter region upstream of lacZ, for use in blue white screening, or electrochemical reporter via the use of the substrate CPRG. System also contains BBa_K640004, a device for conjugating plasmids from E. Coli to Pseudomonas. This device is the prelminary version of our Naphthenic acid biosensor.
