LacI strong expression casette for B. Subtilis

This part is designed to produce an expression of LacI in the B. Subtilis cell, in order to control the expression of the promoter pHyperSpank K1606040 level of expression.


Usage and Biology

LacI gene is not expressed enough in B. Subtilis to be sufficient to regulate strongly the pHyperSpank promoter. This is a sub-part of the IPTG inducible expression cassette K606011 for Bacillus Subtilis, which contains the complete system
