Applications of BBa_I15008
The 2011 University of Minnesota team attempted to transform this part in E. coli. We were successfully able to transform the part but did not use the part because we discovered that we had the ho1 gene from Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 in our own plasmid library for which we had reliable sequence data.
