Tetracycline Repressor with Consitutive Promoter BBa_J23103

A transcriptional regulator TetR (BBa_C0040) is driven by constitutive promoter family members (BBa-J23103, BBa-J23109, BBa-J23116, and BBa-J23106), which can be used to tune the expression level of constitutively expressed TetR.
