CRTI

Enzyme in the pathway required for B-Carotene Synthesis. This enzyme is named Phytoene Desaturase. This sequence was taken from a WT strain of xanthophyllomyces dendrorhous. It catalyzes the conversion of Phytoene to Lycopene.
