Applications of BBa_K606039
There is no proper characterization for this part. We observed the part fluorescing under the illuminatol, showing that the RFP is functionnal. We have an indirect proof that the T7 is functionnal, because the double transformation with the part BBa_K606036 gives a GFP signal.
We have seen the strain under the microscope, and it seems OK.
