Applications of BBa_K565001
We made cultures of CA46 ColG in LB liquid medium and Chrom ID coli medium.
we made counts of cfu / ml by serial culture technique to ensure the presence of bacteria in plates with Chrom ID coli.
we have achieved competent lysed bacteria adding bacteriocins to the competent cells culture over Chrom ID coli medium that allows us to identify the lysed cells.
