PlacLacZ + EYFP

This is the lac promoter driving Enhanced Yellow Fluorescent Protein. It was made as a test of the BioSandwich protocol of Edinburgh 2011.

An unexpected deletion of 9 bases was present in the 2nd spacer. The sequence entered takes this into account.
